"If I could give zero stars I would. This office is a joke. Everyone in this is very unprofessional and rude. Especially Quinten! They quote you one price and get you to get the policy based off of that and then all of a sudden it jumps up $100 dollars a month and they can't give any real explanation. Then he tells me "Well you either get it or you don't! You can cancel if you want to or whatever it doesn't matter! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!"

"While shopping for a vehicle, I was also shopping car insurance prices, which I needed to take into consideration for the overall price of owning the vehicle. I received a quote from this State Farm office that fit my budget and I purchased the vehicle. Less than one month later, I received a letter that my coverage was being dropped because of a single "failure to stop" citation on my record. This was not new information. When I filled out my information initially, I did not hide that I have one citation on my record. All they had to do was deny me coverage when I was initially shopping around and I would have understood. I'm extremely disappointed in this highly unprofessional company. In fact, Georgia law requires insurance companies to give 10 days notice for cancellation. I received 7 days notice, so technically they broke the law."
