"Insurance is one of those services that you almost always prefer to use the app over calling the hotline. I'll be honest, I'm sick and tired of Ai chat bots that can't understand english. Or hold music that's 30 seconds long on repeat for 15 minutes, while some woman who probably died 2 decades ago tells you to remain on the line because your call is important to the company. Its truly aggravating. However, (and I don't know if this is a result of state farm blowing their Ai chat bot money on A and B list celebrities for their commercials, or a product of Jake being more of a mindset than a "mascot", if you will.) On the numerous occasions when I have called the office of Amy Park, I have received nearly Instant access to a human being. But not just any humans; humans with personalities, who I can tell actually care about solving my insane requests. To wit, two stand out employees I've had the pleasure of interacting with over the last couple of years: Amanda and Quinton. I swear, Quinton might as well be my probation officer for the way he's constantly reminding me to take the discount courses. And every time, I'm going to ask him to resend me the info, and then forget about it 30 minutes later.... But I appreciate the consistent effort to save me money. Amanda just saved me a ton of money and secured my belongings with a renters policy. Although when I told her my life insurance policy was to just, "not die", she wasn't as enthusiastic as myself, and also got me a quote for life insurance. So like I said before: they actually care. All in all, I'd say if you had to call an insurance company to get shit done because the app, while decent isn't as robust as possible. The office of Amy Park is the place you want to call. Incredible service, lovely human beings answer the phone, and they will shove saved money into your pockets. 10 stars if I could."
