"Edit: They asked me to call for a "resolution" but nothing was fixed. They even tried to argue that $6,000 in dwelling coverage for a townhome makes sense—which is completely false. State Farm issued a homeowners policy with only $6,000 in dwelling coverage, despite my clear request for $140,000 for a townhome valued over $530,000. $6,000 doesn’t cover any inhabitable structure. I flagged the discrepancy before the policy was finalized and was told everything was fine. This was not a misunderstanding—I explicitly questioned the figure, and their agent assured me the coverage was correct. They later admitted the error and underinsurance but offered no resolution—only suggesting I reinstate my prior policy, which was no longer available. I confirmed proper coverage before canceling my previous insurance, yet was left severely underinsured. To make matters worse, the corrected premium jumped from $500 to over $1,600/year—more than triple the original quote. This was a clear case of negligence that left me financially exposed. Be cautious when dealing with this agency."

"If I could give zero stars I would. This office is a joke. Everyone in this is very unprofessional and rude. Especially Quinten! They quote you one price and get you to get the policy based off of that and then all of a sudden it jumps up $100 dollars a month and they can't give any real explanation. Then he tells me "Well you either get it or you don't! You can cancel if you want to or whatever it doesn't matter! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!"
